Unfortunately the Fl supreme court is in a catch 22. If they set standards for counting the votes the Republicans will accuse them of making law. If they do not set standards the Republicans will whine about there not being standards. The court did all they could do. Florida law is based on intent and individual voting board discression. That was the ruling and it is correct. M
