Ibexx, According to a NY Times article, Judge Sanders Sauls ranks very high as having his rulings overturned by a higher court on a percentage basis. He is either #1 or #2 in the state of FL for this dubious distinction. Based on the fact that the FL SC is considered to be one of the most liberal and activist courts (meaning their decisions are the furthest from the law on the books), I think it is a badge of honor to have his decisions overturned. The ballots, known as undervotes, did not register a presidential vote when counted by machines. Counties where the number of undervotes has not been announced are labeled ``na.'' In Palm Beach, Broward and Volusia counties, the undervotes already have been examined and are included in the candidate totals. In Dade County, the candidate totals include the 168 votes added to Gore's total by the Florida Supreme Court ruling.
