Absolutely right Top, there is nothing wrong with a good F/S stock. Look at the record. VCSY, VNCA, RCER, COBB, RCVN, heck the list goes on and on. The problem is with the ones that start out, "pssst, hey buddy I have a great play for you". These rumor plays are crap for the most part and I stopped playing them. It has saved me quite a bit of money over the past couple of months by just ignoring them. Give me something on the dividend list or the OTCBB daily list that has not been PR'd and I'm in heaven. Give me one that has a fresh PR that has not been front-run all to hell and I am happy. But everyone can keep their rumor plays to themselves as far as I am concerned, because I have no interest in buying their shares.

Unfortunately you are right TOPFUEL... You can eliminate 95% of the OTCBB with research...

Even a lot of these companies that look real are just making up these filings. I visited one company recently that had two desks, 2 computers (one of them busted) and a lot of junk laying around... yet they claim they have $150M in assets.

Many of these businesses are just people's ideas. Not for a business but to get traders and investors excited. Get traders and investors to come in and buy their stock. Its how they live.

Lance has been checking S-8s lately. Main reasons for S-8s are:

1. Get more shares to sell so they can maintain their lifestyles...
2. Pay a promoter to whip investors into a frenzy to come in and buy the promoter's and the company official's stock.
