You have to consider the credibility of the people who do the overturning, and based on what I have seen and read about the FL SC so far, I stand by my opinion that it is an honor to be overturned by FL SC. The Florida Supreme Court shows very little to zero respect or adherence to the law. I agree it would be an honor to be overturned by them. The Chief Justice and the others with dissenting opinions seem to have finally used their brains, instead of using their emotions.
