The contest between the US Supreme Court and the State Court is fascinating. I agree they'd like to stay away from the matter, but the historical nature of the constitutional event must interest them greatly...!

Not sure they can avoid a ruling...!

BTW, I believe these markets would be up handlily if not for the politics in the air.
Futures players with close stops have gotten smashed over the last 2 weeks with all these gaps and run-away bars. Just astonishing.

Even with your entry you've given up a lot of points and profits on these moves...! Have you transfered to the next contract yet...!

This is a separation of powers issue, not a states' rights issue.

The Supreme Court nullified the Florida Supreme Court's earlier ruling and politely asked: "What the f*ck do you think you're doing?"
