To me, forget honor, hell that went out the door a long time ago. What I sense in this country and you can include Nixon but more so Clinton and Gore and the Fla. SC, THERE IS JUST NO SHAME IN OUR COUNTRY ANY MORE.

They won't add much of anything to the annals of Florida jurisprudence, which aren't widely cited by other courts in our country. Does anyone wonder why?


This is a complete untruth. The Florida Supreme Court has labored mightily for unanimity in its opinions and is among the most respected courts in the nation.
