certain high tech stocks will soar. why should the particular big hitters in the nas be the ones that soar ?

by the time a stock gets a decent ranking in an index, maybe it's best days are behind them ?

yoohoo would have been a brilliant sell on the day we heard it was to be included in the s and p. even if it went up vertically for a few days after that.

IF i were to buy high tech after a Bear Market, I'd buy selectively, not the index.
