John, I've been listening to the hearing on the new recount, and what a mess this is going to be. You can bookmark this prediction, things in Florida are going to get more funky than anything you have ever seen. The circus over the next week is going to make Barnum and Bailey look like a funeral. Agreed. I listened to the planning sessions in the courtroom today. I think the circuit judge is put in an impossible situation by the FL SC. I am not surprised that judge Sauls recused himself. It seems impossible to do fairly what the FL SC asked. Joe

I haven't finished reading the opinion, but The Supreme Court of the State of Florida in its opinion seemed to say, "we don't exactly know what a vote is, but count 'em, anyway, dammit or off with your heads!!!! This sounds a lot like Amazon.com wanting to open corner bookstores. Seemed like a good idea at the time. :)
