The real constitutional crises that is referred to is the scenario where the florida legislature sends up its bush electors.. the electors are disputed before congress. and a vote is made which will be split 50/50 along party lines.. then Al Gore gets to cast the tie breaking vote. since that is the Vice President's duty.. Of course he will vote to toss out the Florida republican electors thus handing himself the presidency .... this is the constitutional crises which is referred to I believe.. rok
