how would you like to go down in history for having tried every legal manuever in the book to block these hand recounts in an election now apparently down to a margin of 100 something votes? for trying to declare hand counts unconstitutional in federal court, when you signed it into law in your own state? for initiating hand recounts in another state, while blocking recounts in this state? for accepting partial hand recounts on your own behalf in florida, but demonizing partial hand recounts that might cost you the election? you can argue all the legal points and issues you want, but on the face of it, ultimately its about not counting votes. it does not look good.
