The FloriDUH Four has set up this count so that it is cherry picking or mining only Gore votes as it begins. Once they get enough Gore votes time may have run out, hence the Bush ore is left behind never to be mined (counted). The US SC has to be totally frosted by this second slap in the face and by being ignored. Since the US SC justices are further advanced academically and they choose to focus in a scholarly way in order to make decisions and arrive at conclusions. They’ll use the constitution and law to pull the reins on these renegades.
