I think the real question is whether the Supreme Court will interject itself into state issues. Your opinion is clearly one that is articulated by conservatives. The appointment of judges is very important and is one of the reasons I support Al Gore. I do not wish the Supreme COurt to be conservative. I feel that it is paramount to the survival of this country that all middle class prosper and continue to increase their earning potential. It is through that means that more people have more money to buy goods and services. Ultimately corporations prosper and we all move forward.
