That question requires the rapid-fire activity in the central lobe of the brain. Although that activity has been found in most primates, it has yet not developed in the brain of the average democrat. Therefore, it is the opinion of most in the scientific community that the question will remain unanswered due to the physiological limitations of the Democrats.

The first thing Bush should do is think before he opens his mouth and speaks words he doesn't understand the meaning of.
If he supports states rights and is against using the power of a big federal gov't then he should show some character and allow his actions to coincide with his words.

Second, and to answer your question he could uphold the meaning of democracy and allow all the votes to be counted. If he loses then he should concede.

You are slipping Thurston........if you really understood liberals you would know we don't like rules!!!! There are already too many silly rules affecting our lives. I am a true progressive so I believe in limiting the addition of rules. I believe in the freedom of expression and wouldn't dream of limiting your speech in any reasonable way. I won't add any rules to the fray as I don't believe in many of the rules that already exist!
