<How about a 60 percent or more tax rate?> It is great for producing new engineers, as well as good elementary schools, prenatal and day,etc care and some very good female managers, used to handling a lot of kids. Additionally it has little to do with anyone who needs the money and who isn't part of the meritocracy with state guaranteed student loans, payed mostly by those who have the merit of high income. That's probably why Ollila doesn't complain, and especially why I don't. Ilmarinen. P.S.It is basically a question of what one gets and what one pays for, basic market economy.
