Nobody seemed to appreciate the danger of Friday afternoon's bombshell 4 to 3 ruling by Florida's Supreme Court more than its own Chief Justice, Charles Wells. In a scathing excerpt from his minority dissent later cited by Bush spokesman James Baker, Wells wrote: "I believe that the majority's decision cannot withstand the scrutiny which will certainly immediately follow under the United States Constitution. "The majority's decision to return this case to the circuit court for a count of the undervotes from either Miami-Dade County or all counties has no foundation in the law of Florida as it existed on Nov. 7, 2000 or at any time until the issuance of this opinion. "The prolonging of judicial process in this counting contest propels this country and this state into an unprecedented and unnecessary Constitutional crisis. "I have to conclude that there is a real and present likelihood that this Constitutional crisis will do substantial damage to our country, to our state and to this court as an institution." Where are the Intelligent Republican Leaders in the USA? Why are they not calling a spade a spade? If this election is stolen by rules made up after the fact, the Constitution is history and America could very well end up with Hillary Clinton as the next President -- dump the electoral college and all she needs is the inner city areas where no one can read, speak proper English, or have anything to lose by voting for promises. This current Democratic population has been so beaten down and held there by their "leaders", that they no longer seem to have the mental capacity to ever understand they have been scammed and laughed at behind closed doors. The Democratic leadership despises them, and they don't have a clue. The few "Hollywood" types don't give a rip about anything other than wanting leaders and laws that have no morals because they are a godless bunch of rich misfits who also prey off the poor and uneducated. If the US Supreme Court does not jump in immediately and call these 4 Florida judges what they are -- $%@^#%$ -- and put them in their place, America is headed for perhaps a civil war -- and maybe one either way. Think it impossible? Think again. A high-profile Republican leader (or group of them) needs to make an appeal for all US citizens that still have 1/2 a brain to do something extreme --- such as refuse to pay taxes if this election is stolen. Let's see how Gore and the few rich ones can run a country with only poor, uneducated masses contributing what they do -- absolutely NOTHING! I don't know what the answer is, but someone with a national appeal needs to step up and call these crooks what they are. Unless everyone who makes more than $30,000 and is not on some government program wants to have their standard of living taken down to that of the main Democratic constituency (poverty by orchestration -- because the ultimate goal of these #$@^#%$$ is to have 99.9% of the population in bondage to the few government dictators), someone better get off their asses and speak up. Do you want to live in a country run by people (term used loosely) elected by the most ignorant, uneducated, gullible, and abused segments of the society? I am speechless when they say "undervote." It's not undervote. It's ignorant vote. Always has been, and always will be. Always has been thrown out. You screw up voting for whatever reason and don't ask for help right then, you give up your right to vote. Laws say machine makes the judgment. If you want different machines or no machines, then change the laws for the NEXT election. Don't whine, and cheat, and steal, and bribe, and conjure, and scam, and twist until you can make people believe that a spade is a club. Law always meant something. If Liberals can simply toss out laws that don't benefit them and make up new ones on the run and after the fact, then this country will crumble. Tossing out military votes and letting Felons vote at all -- how can a felon be allowed to vote? I guess the same way they are allowed to sue, and protest -- what a system we have let develop! What's ironic is these liberal leaders think they can fool the ignorant masses forever, but one day they will be face to face with the starving, poor class they have conspired to create and maintain, and it won't be a pretty picture. It's just too bad that the majority of people who are decent but too scared to speak up will be swallowed up first leaving only the corrupt and the corrupted for a survival of the fittest contest. These politicians better start ending their speeches with "God help America" instead of "bless", because I think the reality is American leaders have snubbed their noses at God one time too many, and the days of blessings may be about gone. I hope not, but all you have to do is watch "Politically Incorrect" on television to see a typical liberal supporter in that host, and it should scare the bejeebers out of you if you believe there is a God watching the direction of America who might just remove His blessing. On a more practical note, I think they should shut down the markets for trading until a President is elected. Can you get this done, Voltaire? I remain, SOROS
