Fair means count every legal vote. That's all. And if Harris stopped the process too early then stop her. That appears to have been done. Now only a rescue by the US SC, a recount which favors Bush or GOP politicians trying to steal the election in the legislature will win it for Bush. Let's let the count decide. Observers from both parties. Clear intent of the voter. Very simple. Get it over with. Then we're done with this debate. Stop the count again now and you're the villains. To everyone but yourselves, and to the world watching.
