"The standards are very tight and watched by both sides."

Huh??? The standard the FLSC ordered was the statuatory standard, which in Florida is "determine the intent of the voter". We're back to ouija boards and fraud and canvassing boards that attempt to count votes without scrutiny. This is precisely what the Bush campaign objected to initially.

The standards are very tight and watched by both sides.

If any county should be recounted it should be Broward. They are not recounting Broward. Broward had very biased results.

The FSC ruling is in no way even handed. Assuming a partial hand recount...they should at minimum recount all of the undervotes in the punch card counties with the same standard. The hand recounts of the undervotes in selective punch card counties ordered by the court is a farce.
