Craig,

"Bookmark" was just a figure of speech, indicating that I think the Florida recount will be a mess, with a little extra emphasis, like saying "mark my words".

Off the top of my head (I have an early tee time this morning and need to get moving), I would say if you knew Bush was going to win, go long Microsoft. If you knew Gore was going to win, go short Microsoft. I know there are other election "plays", can't think of them right now.
