No, Bush actually just warned the court about VERY REAL counting anomalies, and he seeks to prevent them, as should we all if we care about fair counting.

Looks like a majority of the USSC agrees with the Bush position that the legitimacy of the election is more in question if the rules of the game are not decided until after the counts...
