The Ruling May Appear Partisan To The Global Community. I don't know if this is as apparent in America as it may be in other parts of the world, but I think LAUGHTER broke out from Bonn to Hong Kong On this one. I just hope the strong Americans can suck it in, take a deep breath of fresh air from somewhere , and go with the flow. The FSC Ruling Had To Be B-I-A-S-E-D There is no way on GOD'S GREEN EARTH this could have been otherwise. There is NO logic to this decision. Period. Yup!
