I answered that in my post, but here it is again. Bush did not join Gore in ENGAGING IN THE HYPOCRITICAL, LEGALLY AND LEGISLATIVELY UNINTENDED, POWERGRABBING ACT OF REQUESTING TERRITORIAL ADVANTAGES! GORE DID. BUSH RISES ABOVE. There, I'd say that ought to be clear. I know this is difficult for you to see your way clear to, but I'm quite sure it has a lot to do with why the polls show virtually ALL bush suppporters still back him, and a good fourth of Gore voters say he should concede.
