Where was Nader when Gore was writing his book, Earth in the Lockbox, and where was nader when Gore was flying by private vp jet to Rio (7000 miles) to take part in the international rainforest confab and expo. ???? Are you aware of some other planets we can live on, or another means for the Vice-President of the United States to travel to Rio? Scumbria

If so, why did he encourage Clinton to release oil from the strategic oil reserve? I thought he wanted to see the demise of the internal combustion engine via $6 buck a gallon gas? Political expediency? Maybe. I thought the book was merely a way to create an additional dimension for himself that would help him with the greens when it was time for him to take Clinton's job. Please don't destroy the only hope I have of the stock market recovering even in the event Gore gets elected. Unlike Barbara, I don't think I can afford to move out of the country.
