<to suggest an American President will causually drop a nuke is just not very cricket.> Who said anything about casually Rick? Causally maybe.

My last bit today is that my Grandparents helped start it by setting up shop just over the water from Japan [in Manchuria] as part of the British Empire. The Japanese greater co-prosperity sphere seemed to conflict with USA and British interests, not to mention the odd Kiwi. So a bit of a squeeze went on the Japanese. They, foolishly, decided that they could take on the New Zealand and their helpers. They were doing okay until they decided to reduce the opposition a bit by sinking some of the USA navy.

It went really bad for them when they learned about fission reaction in practise.

Where am I going? For a walk. Enough OT. Blame it on Jon for tempting me...blame WWII on my grandparents [NZ was first to declare war on Germany and they were causing political drama in China. The USA came in a long time later.] We started it!

Anyway, the greater CDMA co-prosperity sphere is spreading across Asia, so we're right back there! Plus ca change...

Mqurice
