Here's the link to the original S-1 filing from August:

freeedgar.com

Now what this S-1 was filed for was to fully register all the restricted 144 stock held by US angel investors and others. The 144 stock was already being factored into the total shares outstanding, but it was not freetrading and could only be sold under limitations. That decreased the effective float.

But now we're below the purchase price of most of that private stock, and there's no reason for them to bother registering the stock until the price increases.

So now if anyone is short (like mmkrs), they have to worry that these millions of shares won't be coming on the market anytime soon and they are sitting out here naked.

Regards,

Ron
