Shannon--Oh, I get it--it's not MANUAL RECOUNTS that are evil in and of themselves, it's the evil FL recounts that are evil!!

The Texas law for manual recounts is so far superior to Florida's law that I can't believe people keep bringing it up. Given the chance, Bush would have jumped at the opportunity to use the Texas law for the Florida recounts.
