ru2, I am 6000 miles away from WS now, but based on the European TV networks Europe and Asia prefer Gore and not Bush. As a result if Gore receives around 1000 votes, I hope that the scambags in Florida will not cast a vote for Bush and avoid a constitutional crisis. It is my opinion that contrary to the market reaction if Gore wins tech stocks will rally and money will flow back into the US stock market as real democracy will win and the elected president will the one who won the popular vote as it is now the rule in any other true democratic country. Already the diminishing chances of a Bush win dropped the price of crude oil, which may have been manipulated by the oil industry who are heavy backers of Bush. It is interesting to note that the present ongoing ME conflict failed to hold crude prices up, therefore I can only conclude that the oil industry was heavily involved in pushing crude oil prices higher in hope that the election will be tilted toward Bush due to the stock market retracement induced by inflation fear and high oil prices. There will be be many more chapters written about those election and unfortunate will taint the Republican Party. I wish Bush had not existed at all and we would had an honest election for the next President. The pictures of the MOB stopping the recount in Miami Florida are very vivid in my memory ......... a moment to remember were democracy was trashed and MOB Power prevailed. BWDIK Haim
