The recounts are being supervised by judges. I think that excludes Gunzburger (Broward's finest) so maybe they will avoid another Broward debacle.

It was claimed on MSNBC last night that a few counties had done their own "secret" manual recount. I'm quoting their use of the word "secret." They mentioned that Seminole County had done one. Can anyone confirm that?
