Baker is asking U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy for a "stay of enforcement" pending a full hearing by the supreme court. Apparently, one supreme can't rule for the whole court scummy, but surely you knew that and were only spreading fud.

What a pile of cr@p. Bush's strategy since Nov 7 has been to delay every possible attempt to accurately count the ballots. A "stay of enforcement" right now guarantees the undervotes won't be counted by the deadline tomorrow, which effectively overturns the FSC decision.

This is a thinly veiled, backhanded attempt to subvert the judicial process in Florida.
