I just read the FLSC documents. Well's dissent is very well laid out. Basically, he says that the Majority erred in interpreting the Statutes (recounts have to be FULL recounts, not just undervotes (he mentions overvotes too-- what about their Rights) and Statewide. He also cites reference to the USSC ruling that in a nutshell says that you cannot re-write Code. And he says the Majority did indeed re-write Code and that the USSC will Reverse. And I think he is right....
