The FSC doesn't seem to care (at least four of them) about the rule of law.
But to be perfectly honest, the Supreme Court has also not upheld the rule of law, but has "interpreted" the Constitution out of our individual rights.
However, in this case, this whole debacle is a disgrace.
I also think the USSupreme Court will turn this back to Nov 14, and to Katherine Harris' decision: she is the ELECTED representative of the people, and her job is to certify the election.
Sigh, what is this country becoming?
