levy, your argument seems less than compelling. The question is whether the Florida contest procedure, as construed and applied by the Florida court, violates the equal protection clause or due process clause of the US Constitution. The Constitution does not require a perfect count but as fair and accurate a count as possible. The Florida Court has attempted to achieve that result.
