They are partisan political hacks, appointed by a partisan political hack. The fix has been in for some time. Little wonder Gore's been emphasizing that the FL Extreme Court should be the final arbiter. The final arbiter is the legislature, per the Constitution. However, that won't stop the Florida Extremes from dictating. Perhaps they'll just dissolve the Florida legislature, which is what the Gore team is considering. In Yugoslavia, when this happened a few months ago, the people stormed their Supreme Court building and threw the judges out. America applauded the people and encouraged them. The CIA probably was even behind it.
