There is NO statewide standard. Both the FSSC and Judge Lewis went Nike on us and said, "Just do it". And yet -- the FSSC is demanding a reexamination of some Palm Beach votes because Boies didn't mine the appropriate number.

So, clearly the FSSC has strongly suggested the Palm Beach standard was NOT the Broward standard and the Broward standard was the better of the two.

Curiouser and curiouser.....

The Street, The quote yesterday was that the standard was that set by the legislature. Las night the standard was being argued in court. I expect that if there is a standard as set forward by FLA law, dimpled votes will not be counted because it is not clear intent. I expect that eventually, Broward votes will be recounted to dismiss certain dimpled ballots, though this has not yet happened. tp
