Jim, I hope the republican counties adopt the liberal chad approach, which will give Bush more votes and that the democrat counties go with the Palm Beach standard.

The problem is that a lot of the undervotes are in Democrat counties. If it was state wide use of the same dumb machines, I would be more optimistic.

1400 military ballots were thrown out. Announcement
was to be made yesterday at 4:15, but got lost in the
FLSC debacle. Haven't heard a thing, just curious.
