what uniform standard?
do dimple chads count?
what if no other dimpled chads on same ballot?
will a uniform standard be communicated statewide?
what if Broward's completed recount does not conform?
how to ensure that standard was applied properly?
select only the undervoted ballots?
how to be certain those ballots havent been tallied already?
what if counties have difficulty locating undervoted ballots?
how many ballots have changed in nature since Nov7th?
have any ballots disappeared since Nov7th?
have any new ballots been created since Nov7th?
and what if total number of votes differ from certification?
what if a county cannot finish by the deadline?
what if other court injunctions interfere with progress?
what if several counties bring in many examiners who are properly instructed on the uniform standard?

is "clear intent of voter" clear to anyone?

got any answers to this list of questions?
not simple as you suggest

they will come to a conclusion with this thing
a conclusion with credibility?
a conclusion that is legal?
a conclusion with any accuracy or reliability?

maybe we should have a 3-day court proceeding on standards
and ballot integrity ???

this is neither simple nor equitable
I am not afraid of hidden Gore votes appearing
I am confident of bias and fraud infecting the entire process
