RE: voter's "intent" When I bought a lottery ticket the other day, it was my "intent" to win. Can I take my ticket back after the numbers are chosen and change it for one with the winning numbers? That seems similar to what the democrats are doing.

This entire process has been compromised in Fl now because of all these hand counts and subjective reviews and such...of course Gore has stolen votes from this crazy way of counting....What blows my mind is the checks and balances are no where to be found, in fact, they are adding to the problem "FL SC" crazy decision yesterday...this is unbeliveable that we are witnessing the thief of the office of President before our eyes as a nation...no rule of law applied or followed....This is a very scary thought in our household...." No Rule of Law".....WOW
