Why would you want a 250 mb Zip, when you can get a 650mb CD-RW, with the media cost almost free?

A couple of thoughts about 250 Zips ...

The world seems moving toward CD burners.

They hold more data.
The media is cheaper both in count and cost per meg.
Magnetic forces do not disturb CDs.
Many more systems can read CDs than Zips, making sharing easy.
You can expand your computer CD utility to enhance your audio system (Burn your own music)
When disaster strikes, CDs make better coasters than zips.

P.S. I have a Zip, but do not burn CDs. I would prefer it was the other way around.
