When I hear people griping about how this whole thing is bad for the country and that it is dragging on too long I just think of that impeachment trial....and I smile :^) Dragging on too long? Bad for the country? LOL! VietNam dragged on too long and was bad for the country. The drug war is dragging on too long and is bad for the country. The exclusion of all but two political parties from the process has dragged on too long and is bad for the country. But I digress... It's only been a month. Not long at all, unless one has the attention span of an MTV viewer. What would be bad for the country is lack of confidence in the validity of the certified vote count. Take the time to do it right. Congress doesn't meet until January 6. There's still plenty of time. ... Mezz -

Hi melinda, Take one, I mean a vacation.. and if you want to sometime, if you are up this way.. We can meet for a glass a wine somewhere. What a weekend now!! I don't know.. They are just afraid to count the damn votes.. and that is exactly why the Supreme court and it's possible appointments were so critical in this year's election.. It now looks like it will be packed with PARTISIAN right wing zealots for years to come unless the Dems and moderate Reps, if there is one..gg.., will take a stand.. If they don't.. who knows what will happen ,, could have key reversals on very important issues like Roe vs. Wade.. Equal opportunity etc........ take care.. m
