RE>Why pay $100 for ten 100 mb zip disks, when I can get a Phillips CD-RW for $99 and the CD-R disks almost free?

Why you ask?

1. CDR is read only.
2. CDR/W won't work in plain old CD-ROMS (used as a floppy)
3. I can copy data onto a ZIP disk faster.
4. I can PW protect a ZIP disk.

There are benefits and disadvantages to both media. I use both. Will be upgrading to ZIP 250 soon.
