No, Gao, I'm making the radical suggestion that the judicial branch is there, among other things, to determine the intent of existing laws, and to search for justice--which, in this case, means they should attempt to (now get ready, here's a real crazy concept comin' at ya) find out which presidential candidate the majority of voters in FL meant to support... I think they call it "democracy."

Clinton and the Democrat Congress did create a retroactive law. Their tax increase was retroactive.
