You need to look at the voting methods in those counties...
Also, it's the "interpretation" of voter intent that scares me...as much as who wins...

The bulk of the votes being counted today are in Republican Counties. The FSC decision to recount only undervotes virtually locks it up for Bush.

FL SC gave Democrat counties 19 days to do their hand counting, but only 30 hours to Republican counties. Which I guess is ok under your system of "fairness".

Also, under your system of "fairness" it was just fine to have the Democrat dominated canvassing boards to "discern" the intend of the voters only in 4 most heavily democrat counties prior to the last FL SC ruling.
