Jem--thanks so much for informing me of the role of the courts. I will try and bear it in mind. However, it's my belief that the FL SC is, as a matter of fact, interpreting existing FL law. If that belief is wrong, the USSC will overrule them, a result I can live with. Can you live with the reverse? ________________ The courts interpret the LAW...... They DO NOT CREATE LAWS.......... YOU must understand the "Separation of Powers"......dont you?
