Plater-Zyberk, Jr.'s Memoranda in Opposition thereto, and the parties' various supplementary memoranda and replies, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' Motions are GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judgment is entered in favor of Defendants and against Plaintiff.
