A very good morning Rocketman, You are absolutely correct (in my opinion). Had our forefathers known that the possibility could come about that lawyers, which were a respectable lot back then, could sink to such a level and then be allowed into politics, they would have framed things a little differently in the Constitution. I think that the wording would have been a great deal clearer concerning the seperation between the branches of the government, but Constitutional interpitation has never been my really knowledgable area.
