James--the pressure on Gore to concede had he lost the FLSC decision would have been overwhelming, and he would have conceded in a day or two. Can I guarantee that? No. But he would have. Had that legal initiative failed, he would have had no real chance to prevail. _______________________ How on earth can you purport to know what Gore would have done if the ruling had gone against him? He was quite clear that he was not necessarily going to do that, but rather wait until all of the challenges over legally cast absentee ballots had run their course through the FSC. He never, not once, said that he was prepared to concede.
