I guess the S&P listing could cause some confusion as you point out.

It is going to take a while before SanDisk gets sorted out in
the mind of the investment community. Who are they? What do they do?
What are their core competencies? Who are their competitors?

Somehow being listed in "computer peripherals" doesn't seem terribly
glamorous. Why not just list us as...

"commodity computer peripherals (dime-a-dozen)"

What we really need is another Intel warning.

MK - isn't anyone bothered by the industry group that SNDK has been lumped in?

Sure but there isn't much you can do about it short term. The market has to learn about SNDK and thats no problem for longs. Very frusrtating at times but you cna't tell analysts anything especially now.

THe market will take care of it sooner or later as long as SNDKs markets keep expanding.
