You're wrong there Cyber; I think it would be pretty neat. It would add to the historic nature of the event.

The Court did not order Harris to re-certify. Nor did order Jeb Bush to sign the recertification.

They could presumably order Harris to re-certify, because she is a party to this case. She could defy them on the grounds of separation of executive and judicial branches. But even if she did certify, Jeb Bush would not have to sign, and the FSC doesn't have him before them in this case, so a separate case would have to be brought and served on him before they could order him to do anything.

Meanwhile, the clock ticks.
