i like your positive attitude - there are certainly scenarios where you will be right.

unfortunately i can see some (fewer) that look really problematic to me.

americans accepted franco harris' immaculate reception and called it the best super bowl ever (yup, even though some said they wuz robbed)

perhaps the same benevolence will prevail here -

what i don't understand is why the flsc justices who voted with the majority did not care about the havoc they were creating - a partisan court is one thing (bad), but sociological jurisprudence is another (good).

additionally: dumb question i heard last night (but haven't heard an answer yet) - why did the flsc - if they were going to demand a statewide count of the under vote - not do it in the first place?
