Greg M.: I am also 5% cash, hoping for a dip on Monday/Tuesday to become fully invested. What stocks look promising to you at current levels? FWIW, the stocks I'm looking at are: BRCM, VRTS, MERQ and ELNT.

Incidentally, I would suggest everyone look at the ECM sector (electronic contract manufacturers); they have NOT rebounded with the rest of the tech stocks and are a screaming buy. Specifically, SANM, JBL, FLEX, and SLR. Outsourcing is a trend that will only continue to gain strength over the next several years. These stocks are all highly profitable and at current levels have very reasonable PEG ratios.
