The facts and conduct speak for themselves. Their actions are the ultimate in partisan efforts on behalf of Gore. They have abandoned their sacred oath. They owe it to their last grasp for any level of self respect to tender their resignations. They probably will selfishly refuse to do so. Therefore, it is my hope a recall election can become reality. The people deserve a dedicated, unbiased and impartial court. To have less denigrates the court and takes away any respect for the court. To continue down this road insures we will be no better than a "banana republic" and may, very unfortunately, suffer some of the same ills.
